Babette by Bab Haus
Babette is a family-style supper club created by Leyli and Rebecca, the duo behind South Wales’ beloved food brand, Bab Haus. Rooted in a love for quality ingredients and fire-led cooking, Babette brings people together over generous, shared plates in a warm, welcoming setting. With a focus on bold flavours and seasonal produce, it’s a celebration of good food and great company.
Leyli Homayoonfar and Rebecca Goad are the duo behind Bab Haus – a street-food brand rooted in bold flavours, smoke, spice, and a love for sharing food that brings people together.
Leyli trained as a chef and developed a reputation for BBQ, slow-cooked meats, and Mexican-influenced dishes like our signature Birria tacos.
Rebecca comes from a background in operations and hospitality, bringing the structure, creativity, and drive to take Bab Haus from a small idea into a thriving business. Together, we’ve combined our strengths to create food that feels generous, layered, and unforgettable.
Our ethos is simple: big flavours, high-quality ingredients, and food made for community.
We started Bab Haus because we wanted to do more than cook – we wanted to build an experience.
