AMA's Sessions by Rachel Ama

Rachel Ama’s plant-based supper club bringing big Caribbean energy to Somerset House Kitchen. The menu celebrates her chef-crafted, small-batch sauces through vibrant, creative dishes that reimagine the flavours and textures of the Caribbean. Expect cooking that celebrates real, plant-based food and a supper club as exciting as the culture that inspires it.

Rachel Ama is a London-born chef, bestselling author and flavour obsessive putting Caribbean inspired cooking centre stage. Her food is vibrant, plant based at heart, and rooted in the recipes she grew up with, reimagined through London’s energy and her African Caribbean heritage.

With two bestselling cookbooks and appearances on ITV’s This Morning and Saturday Kitchen, Rachel has built a community around food that excites and connects. Her homemade sauce drops sold out in hours, leading to the launch of Ama’s condiments: clean, lip tingling jars that are already shaking up kitchens across the UK.

For her Somerset House supper club, Rachel brings Caribbean flavours and plant based creativity together for a menu that is as vibrant, joyful and unforgettable as the culture that inspires it.
