Dogs / Pets / Children
- Family & Dog-Friendly: We welcome families and dogs until 8pm.
- 18+ Evenings: After 8pm, we operate a strict 18+ policy. Guests may be asked to show ID.
Payments
- We are a cashless venue, card payments only.
Booking locations
Inside bookings are seated in our bar area, which is fully covered with a roof and features glass doors that open up during the daytime for an airy, bright feel. Outside bookings are on our open-air riverside terrace. These areas are open to the elements, with light rain protection provided by sails. Both areas offer stunning riverside views.
Booking changes / Grace period
- Booking Changes: If you need to reschedule, we’ll do our best to help though changes are subject to availability and timing.
- Grace Period: We hold tables for 15 minutes after your booking time. After that, your table may be released for other guests.
- Late Cancellations & No-Shows: A £10 per person fee applies if you cancel within 48 hours or don’t show up.
Large Parties
- Group Bookings: Larger parties may be assigned a mix of seating and standing space
Walkins
- Walk-ins Welcome: We don’t reserve tables for groups under 4, but we always hold some space for walk-ins on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Entry Policy: Management reserves the right to refuse entry or service at their discretion.
